13 May, 2019Cheerful, fun, beautiful and colorful, this is the capital of the country and much of it is due to the parks in Mexico City, which are located in different municipalities so that children, adults and pets can exercise or simply relax with a good walk.
Mexico City is a metropolis where buildings, shopping centers and apartment complexes abound; fortunately, among all of them there is also room for parks, green spaces that function as "lungs" for all the inhabitants of this great city.
There is something for everyone, some urban parks were built based on specific themes, others were conceived for the entertainment of children and some were made especially for the furry ones, that is, the pets of the homes.
Six Flags
One of the most famous amusement parks in the capital is Six Flags, as it has more than 40 mechanical rides, some of which are especially for children and others seem to be placed only for the bravest.
The park, located on the Picacho-Ajusco highway at km 1.5, is closed on Mondays. Admission costs $500 pesos and the best thing is that throughout the year, festivals are held, for example, its Christmas parade in December.
